A little bit about our founder...
Founder
James founded We Grow Startups in 2016, when he decided that high growth businesses needed a different kind of agency model.
During 12 years at leading UK marketing agencies, he's worked with a wide variety of big brands and startups. In 2016, he picked up a prestigious Cannes Lions award for the innovative use of technology.
He's also a regular public speaker and has spoken twice at the influential SXSW Interactive festival - in 2016 on adblocking and in 2017 on the rise of the tech giants.
In his spare time he enjoys smoothies and bad films. He's also a mentor for Mass Challenge's UK accelerator and a proud member of Escape The City's Startup Tribe.
